Description
Hand-appliqued hearts and flowers in blacks and golds set on a beautifully hand-quilted cream base with a black binding around the scalloped border and a coordinating cream backing. The cream fabric that makes up the body of the quilt is a delicate cream on cream William Morris style motif.
Measurements:
Queen (101″ W x 112″ L)
A regular queen mattress is 60″ wide and 80″ long, therefore this quilt would have a 20.5″ drop on each side.
All quilts are long enough to allow for a significant drop at the foot of the bed as well as a nice pillow tuck so there is no need for shams.
About This Pattern:
Applique quilts are made by applying individually hand-cut pieces and hand-sewing them to the top of finished quilt to create an intricate design. Hand-sewing each piece of fabric to the quilt top takes hundreds of hours of work
