Description
A Postage Stamp technique quilt, arranged as Linking Hearts. Designed with bright yellow and blue floral printed fabric that will bring cheer and joy to any space. The hearts rest on white paisley printed fabric. The border is created in blue and yellow floral with a shallow scalloped edge. The backing is shades of blue with a delicate printed vine.
Measurements:
King (118″ W x 120″ L)
A regular king mattress is 76″ wide and 80″ long, therefore this quilt would have a 21-inch drop on each side.
A California king mattress is 72″ wide and 84″ long, therefore this quilt would have a 23-inch drop on each side.
All quilts are long enough to allow for a significant drop at the foot of the bed as well as a nice pillow tuck so there is no need for shams.
About This Pattern:
This is an original patented design from one of our local Lancaster County quilters, Lena. The pattern is available for purchase at our store or at local fabric shops. The pattern requires sewing thousands of small squares into strips to create the hearts and the shapes around them.
